Mr. Prolo, a veteran real estate executive, advisor, general contractor, specializing in residential, commercial, hospitality and healthcare asset management, development, and portfolio management. Prolo leads all asset management and property improvement initiatives. Prolo has extensive real estate acumen and experience including that of leading the real estate development and management activities with Lennar, Jones Lang LaSalle, The Irvine Company, Standard Pacific/CalAtlantic, Meritage and Richmond American Homes. His direct, hands-on experience included the planning, entitlement and development of more than 20,000 lots, 150 acres of commercial land, the construction of more than 10,000 homes, and over one million square feet of commercial, hospitality and healthcare projects prior to becoming an industry leader, executive and market driver. 

Mr. Bhakta specializes in procuring the best-in-class goods, services, and strategic partners needed for any given property, including that of sourcing debt, equity, procurement, construction, marketing, management, etc. Bhakta has successfully negotiated investments exceeding US $3 billion, understands a comprehensive, cross-functional perspective encompassing innovation, strategy, investment, advisory, development, and asset management, all aimed at enhancing shareholder value. Bhakta holds a Master in Hospitality Administration (MBA) from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, with a focus on Corporate Strategy and Innovation. He has successfully led market entry and expansion initiatives for companies in the USA, Africa, Europe, and India and has spearheaded the introduction of prominent brands into the Indian market, including the TRUMP Organization as well as established strong relationships with major and regional hotel brands, private equity firms, venture capitalists, family offices, angel investors, and high-net-worth individuals.

Mr. Soriano is a member of the prestigious 4th generation of the Soriano family, globally recognized for their successful enterprises across the EU, USA, and Asia. His expertise in hospitality stems from his family's legacy, which began in 1910 with the founding of the Ritz Hotel in Madrid, and the Marbella Club in Marbella 1954. Today, the Soriano family operates as builders and engineers contributing to iconic projects such as the Time Warner Building and the 911 Memorial in New York, as well as the Brickell City Center in Miami. Mr. Soriano enhances this legacy with over a decade of experience in private equity-backed Mergers & Acquisitions training obtained at Goldman Sachs. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Soriano Family Corporation and as an Executive-in-Residence in the Real Estate Division at New York University. 

Mr. Egnatz specializes in capital markets, asset liability, business continuity, global regulation and risk management. With more than 30 years of experience in managing bank investment portfolios, Egnatz has held leadership roles at HSBC Bank N.A., JP Morgan Chase and, in recognition of his expertise, served five years on the Federal Reserve’s Treasury Markets Practices Group. 

Mr. Jackson oversees all contractual matters, reporting, accounting, and transparency initiatives. Jackson’s experience and acumen is that of both collaboration and transparency. Jackson has also managed creative direction for branding, creative standards, and designing the ideal guest experience in the US, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Germany, and the Netherlands. Jackson has also worked as subject matter expert for providers of digital experiences and analytics, allowing these partners to deliver optimal customer experience electronically.
